Bankstown Women: 7 wins from 7!

Congratulations to everyone our sister club Bankstown Sports Women's for an outstanding weekend. Seven matches and seven wins, including the 1st/2nds Combined T20 Trophy, defeating St George Sutherland in the Final at Hurstville Oval.

SAM DEVLIN was named Player of the Final after taking 3 game changing wickets, while RHIANNON DICK scored 48no in the Semi vs Sydney and 36 in the Final after catching the 6am flight out of Adelaide - outstanding club spirit.

Special mention also to DENBIGH MORRIS who took 5 for 8 in the Semi as well - just brilliant.

In other matches The Brewer Shield comfortably defeated competition leader St George Sutherland - HALEY ELLIOTT taking 5 wickets and ANGIE GENFORD scoring 44. Third Grade defeated Gordon by 13 runs in another outstanding effort. On Saturday BSC WCC's four Thunder League teams commenced their Summer seasons - and ALL 4 WON!!

So that's the PERFECT 7 for the weekend.
